The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before current period ends. Your iTunes Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before end of current period and will be charged according to the enrolled subscription.

Current subscriptions may not be cancelled during the active subscription period, but you can manage subscriptions and/or turn off auto-renewal by visiting your iTunes Account Settings after purchase.
